The average screen time per day for teenagers is now up to 7 hours 22 minutes per day. Now, the Bible never specifically mentions smart phones, TVs, video games, or social media. But there are tons of principles in the Bible to help you manage and navigate the screens in your life. We'll spend a few weeks talking about some of those principles and how we can appy them to our digital world.
